Students in the Spotlight
Do you know of a Regents student who is involved in something special outside of school? We would love to hear about it. Regents is proud that their students make a difference in the community and are involved in so many extracurricular activities outside of school. Our students are awesome! Send any news that you would like to share to info@regentsofoxford.org.
On Labor Day Weekend the National American Miss Mississippi Pageant was held in Jackson, MS. Regents 5th grade student, Amanda Baker, won third runner up in the talent competition. What is unique about this pageant is that no make up is allowed and there is no bathing suit competition. Amanda has an invitation to go to Hollywood to go to the National Miss America Pageant in the pre-teen division. She had an absolute blast and won three trophies overall in the pageant.

4th Grader, Alex Patterson, tested for his junior black belt this weekend. This is a picture of him with all the boards he had to break during the test! Alex will find out if he receives his belt on May 1. Way to go, Alex!
