Our Christian Distinctive

At Regents, Scripture directs all of our studies. From this perspective, we demonstrate that studies such as literature and science do not disprove Scripture. Instead, they actually support Scripture helping to build up a child in godliness. Another point is that while we are convinced of the essential doctrines of Christianity, we also believe indoctrination will not lead to wisdom. A child must come to wisdom as he comes to know and to understand a truth. Further, the best way for a child to come to know truth is simply to let them read the Word. This principle also allows Regents to comfortably function as a multi-denominational school.
